Current early-access launch

BASELINE is introducing SWAMP ASS — Peach Cheeks Body Wash, with NO STANKU — Aerosol Body Spray as the first-100 signup bonus. We are currently collecting early-access email signups. Orders are not open. Joining early access is not a purchase or a paid preorder, and no payment is taken.

First 100 signup offer

The first 100 eligible Australian email signups get a free NO STANKU aerosol at launch. No purchase is required. One per person; duplicate signups do not create extra places. Earlier eligible signups keep their place. We confirm eligibility by email. Final delivery arrangements, including any delivery charge, will be communicated before delivery details or payment are requested. The product is free; free delivery is not promised.

Product development

The site shows proposed packaging and product concepts. Final formula, ingredient list, pack size, pricing and launch timing will be confirmed before orders open. Joining the email list does not create a paid order or reserve stock for purchase.

The signup form explains the emails you agree to receive. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. See our Privacy policy for how personal information is handled.

Earlier orders and your rights

These current signup terms do not change any promises already supplied with an earlier paid order. Those earlier terms are retained below for the orders to which they were supplied. Nothing here removes or limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Historical terms: The following earlier wording is retained for any paid order to which it was supplied. It does not describe the current email-signup offer or open a new preorder. Dates, rates and references to “currently” or “right now” in this section belong to those earlier terms. Any commitments and rights applicable to an earlier order remain unchanged.

THE SHORT VERSION

We sell first-batch pre-order skincare for men in Australia. You pay now, we make and ship the first production run, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before dispatch.

PRODUCTS AND PRE-ORDERS

Product images include concept renders of final packaging. The product you receive matches the described formulation, size and function; minor cosmetic differences between renders and final manufactured packaging may occur and we will disclose anything material before dispatch. Full ingredient lists are published before first shipments leave.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely through our checkout providers — we never see or store your card details.

SHIPPING, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Covered in our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

FAIR USE AND LIABILITY

Use the products as directed and keep out of reach of children. If irritation occurs, stop use. Nothing here is medical advice. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All site content, images and the BASELINE brand are ours or licensed to us. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
